In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

⦁ Experience with prior implementation and support experience of the Oracle EBS Financials and related technical components specifically around AP, AR, GL, FA and PA modules. 
⦁ Experience in Oracle Apps SQL and PL SQL.
⦁ Experience in Oracle EBS Functional Financials (GL, AP & AR)
⦁ Experience in Oracle EBS technical solution design and customization development. 
⦁ Experience in design and review complex technical solutions across reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions. ⦁ Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting. 
⦁ Experience in working with global delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders
⦁ Experience in managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
⦁ Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
