SAP AMS support with Finnish

SAP AMS support 

Required Skills here:

• Strong hands-on SAP PM configuration experience (equipment master, maintenance plans, notifications, orders)
• Working knowledge of integration points with MM, FI/CO, QM, PS, PP
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, or similar change management tools
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, etc.)
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging (to analyze issues, not necessarily code)
• Exposure to S/4HANA PM (Asset Management) is a strong plus
• Knowledge of mobile maintenance solutions (SAP Work Manager, Fiori apps) is a plus

• Understanding of plant maintenance business processes: breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, shutdown/turnaround maintenance
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, backlog, PM compliance)
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to interact with plant/shop-floor users (often non-technical)
• Ability to manage multiple tickets/priorities under SLA pressure
• Documentation discipline
• Stakeholder management across plant operations, IT, and vendor teams
