Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation & Supply Chain Leader with 15+ years of experience to drive enterprise-wide product strategy, digital innovation, and omni-channel supply chain transformation. This role will own the end-to-end lifecycle of product, solutions, and delivery while partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Innovation • Define and execute product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities • Drive innovation across supply chain SaaS platforms (OMS, WMS, TMS, Inventory Optimization, POS) • Launch new digital products and capabilities to improve revenue, customer engagement, and time-to-market • Establish industry blueprints and frameworks to standardize product offerings 2. Digital Transformation Leadership • Lead large-scale end-to-end digital transformation programs across omni-channel ecosystems • Design and implement order-to-cash, store fulfillment, and customer engagement transformations • Develop and execute supply chain transformation roadmaps for global clients • Optimize inventory, fulfillment cost, and operational efficiency using digital solutions 3. Solutions Engineering & Systems Integration • Oversee solution architecture for enterprise implementations across supply chain platforms • Lead cross-functional teams for system design, integration, and deployment • Drive automation of solutioning processes (RFPs, pre-sales, implementation) • Ensure seamless integration across ERP, e-commerce, payments, and supply chain systems 4. Business Development & Pre-Sales • Partner with sales teams to define transformation vision and convert opportunities into large-scale programs • Engage C-level stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives and secure buy-in • Build and grow pipelines within existing and new client accounts • Lead proposal development, solution presentations, and technical advisory

5. Delivery & Program Management• Manage complex, multi-million-dollar programs from concept through execution • Ensure delivery excellence across timelines, budget, and quality • Lead global, cross-functional teams including consultants, vendors, and product teams • Implement Agile methodologies and governance frameworks 6. Customer Experience & Business Outcomes • Enhance customer journeys through digital and omni-channel capabilities • Improve KPIs such as: o o o Customer satisfaction and engagement Order fulfillment speed and accuracy Inventory turnover and cost efficiency • Enable real-time visibility and decision support through analytics and reporting 7. Leadership & Talent Development • Build and mentor high-performing teams across product, consulting, and delivery functions • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Develop capability models, accelerators, and training programs • Guide teams on technical, functional, and strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in digital supply chain, product management, or consulting • Proven leadership in large-scale transformation programs ($5M+) • Strong domain expertise in: 1. Order Management Systems (OMS) 2. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) 3. Inventory Optimization & Fulfillment 4. Omni-channel retail and eCommerce • Experience across industries such as retail, eCommerce, technology, or logistics • Demonstrated success in pre-sales, business development, and stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology • Experience with global consulting firms or SaaS product organizations • Exposure to tools such as SAP, Manhattan Associates, o9, or similar platforms • Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies Key Competencies • Strategic thinking and business acumen • Strong leadership and stakeholder management (C-level engagement) • Expertise in supply chain transformation and digital ecosystems • Problem-solving and solution design • Communication and executive presentation skills
