Infosys Consulting is the global management consulting arm of Infosys, helping organizations navigate large-scale digital and business transformation. The Workforce Transformation (WX) practice partners with clients to reimagine how work gets done — spanning organizational change management, AI-driven future of workforce (operating model and organization design, workforce planning, and workforce transition), and AI-driven learning journeys. As a Senior Consultant, you will be a core delivery expert, bringing solid solution knowledge and hands-on client engagement to drive high-quality outcomes on projects.

Role Summary

The Senior Consultant is a delivery-focused role within WX, responsible for executing Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams with strong technical depth, while building working knowledge of the broader Workforce Transformation portfolio. This role is centered on project delivery and direct client engagement, with the Senior Consultant also expected to support proposal development as needed. Success requires demonstrating solid command of OCM solutions and the credibility to engage confidently with clients on the substance of the work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change strategy and planning: Contribute to and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives.
  • Change impact assessment: Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, and technology, and develop practical mitigation and adoption recommendations.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Support stakeholder mapping and engagement plans, and directly engage with client stakeholders to build alignment and manage relationships day to day.
  • Interactive and creative communications: Develop clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate change communications, including interactive and creative formats, to support awareness and adoption.
  • Training and adoption: Support training needs analysis and design of learning/adoption interventions, and help track adoption effectiveness.
  • Readiness and resistance management: Execute change readiness assessments and support resistance management activities, including tracking and reporting on adoption metrics.
  • AI-driven future of workforce: Bring working knowledge of Target Operating Model (TOM) and org design, workforce planning, and workforce transition concepts, and apply these where relevant to OCM delivery.
  • AI-driven learning journeys: Understand how AI-enabled learning approaches connect to change and adoption workstreams.
  • Solution credibility: Demonstrate solid, current knowledge of WX solutions and be able to speak to them confidently in client discussions.
  • Day-to-day client engagement: Serve as a primary, trusted point of contact for client stakeholders on assigned workstreams, ensuring responsiveness and quality of interaction.
  • Delivery ownership: Own the quality, timeliness, and completeness of assigned deliverables, whether working as part of a team or independently.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with Engagement Managers, and provide guidance and quality checks to junior team members as needed.
  • Continuous improvement: Proactively flag risks, issues, or opportunities to strengthen delivery quality and client outcomes.
  • Proposal support: Contribute to proposal development as needed, including content development, solutioning input, and supporting materials.
  • Opportunity awareness: Stay alert to potential opportunities arising from current client engagements and flag them to Principals and account leadership.
