Role Overview
The Simulation & Analysis Engineer (Associate) supports the development, validation, and execution of simulation and analysis activities across products, systems, and vehicle functions. The role applies engineering principles, modeling techniques, and analytical methods to evaluate design concepts, verify performance targets, and support product development. Working under guidance from experienced engineers, the Associate contributes to simulation studies, result analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute simulation and analysis models to support product and system development activities.
• Perform calculations, simulations, and result validation against defined design targets and requirements.
• Analyze simulation outputs, draw conclusions, and provide technical recommendations.
• Support engineers and project teams with simulation-based assessments and technical investigations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of simulation methods, tools, and engineering practices.
• Document simulation approaches, assumptions, results, and technical findings.
• Participate in verification and validation activities to ensure model accuracy and result fidelity.
• Support estimation, planning, and delivery of assigned engineering tasks.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in simulation, modelling, analysis, or product development.
• Basic understanding of simulation methodologies, system modelling, and engineering analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Python, GT-SUITE, or similar tools .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
