You’ll monitor all on-site field construction activities through project completion
You’ll apply multidisciplinary construction knowledge, methods, and installation techniques
You’ll ensure construction operations follow approved work plans, ASRs, and notification requirements
You’ll develop a thorough understanding of contractual obligations and technical facility requirements
You’ll ensure work is performed and inspected per the latest plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and approved changes
You’ll collaborate with the Design/Builder and stakeholders to plan construction activities, milestones, and priorities
You’ll monitor budgets, staffing needs, and schedule alignment for the defined scope
You’ll oversee manpower, materials, and equipment assignments to maximize efficiency and meet budget goals
You’ll proactively identify risks and take preventative action to meet critical project milestones
You’ll enforce safe, sound construction practices to achieve quality, efficiency, and cost control
You’ll prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and clients
You’ll ensure effective implementation of all policies, procedures, and project labor agreement requirements
You’ll participate in coordination meetings and review, negotiate, and resolve contractor change order claims
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
20 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects emphasizing airport concourse scope, airport headhouse scope, or site/civil scope
Experience with projects more than $100 million in value
Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
Master's degree preferred
Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional licensure and/or certifications
Ability to work in CAD or REVIT preferred
