You'll identify differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during the construction lifecycle.

You'll be responsible for ensuring alignment between all project stakeholders.

You'll be accountable for managing overall project delivery.

You'll be responsible for project budget through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cashflow forecasting, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies.

You'll participate in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise.

You'll maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Client’s project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof.

You'll develop and maintain continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives.

You'll monitor the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with the client and with available programs.

You'll promote positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived.

You'll maintain a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation.

Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred. OR additional four (4) years of related experience

5+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience

15+ years of project management experience

Minimum of two successful data center construction projects

Experience on projects under design and/or construction

Shown acumen for managing people

Advanced certifications such as CCM, PMP, CEM, or CPMP

Experience commissioning hyperscale and / or colocation data centers

Flexibility to travel to work location

Commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient design practices
