We are looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and managers on our US teams from India. You will help translate business goals into people priorities, using data and an understanding of US workforce practices to improve engagement, performance, and retention. This is an ideal role for an HR professional with 1–4 years of experience who wants to grow into a strategic business partner.

  • Partner with US business and functional leaders to understand priorities, and support them on orgdesign, workforce planning, team structure, and change initiatives.
  • Run US performance, goal-setting, calibration, and promotion cycles; coach managers on feedback,career conversations, and team development.
  • Lead pulse and engagement surveys, analyze results, and co-create action plans with managers; runskip-levels and stay conversations to spot attrition risks early.
  • Build insights from headcount, attrition, hiring, and engagement data; present trends
  • and recommendations to HRBP leads and business heads.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans, role definitions, and onboarding experience; supportinternal mobility and succession discussions.
  • Serve as first-line contact for day-to-day people queries, referring policy, benefits, leave, andemployee relations matters to the relevant specialist teams.
  • Drive recognition, onboarding, learning, and culture initiatives that fit the needs of US teams across time zones.
  • Identify gaps in people processes and contribute to HR projects, playbooks, andmanager enablement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 1–4 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, with exposure to supporting US teams.
  • Working understanding of US HR practices and workplace norms
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills, comfortable advising managers and building trust.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; sound judgment with confidential information.
  • Availability for US Eastern/Central time overlap hours (6PM-3AM).
