Payroll Analyst (Hybrid - SJ, Costa Rica)

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our clients' team and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate complex payroll systems and compliance requirements.

• →Process and review payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• →Verify employee time records and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission.
• →Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and benefits accurately.
• →Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting.
• →Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance with local and national payroll requirements.
• →Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• →Generate payroll reports for management and assist with data analysis as needed.

• Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).

• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

• Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
• 2 days WFH after training and trial period is over - 3 months-
