Xpert: Test Lead | Snr Test Analyst (iManage) London hybrid (Independent Contract outside IR35)

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Test Analyst OR a Test Lead to provide end-to-end QA for the proof of concept and implementation of a document and workspace management solution. The role covers functional, integration, security and migration testing. This role requires demonstrable iManage experience within a complex implementation.

• →Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure full test coverage
• →Create and maintain test plans, scenarios, scripts, test data and evidence
• →Execute functional, integration, security, migration and end-to-end testing
• →Validate workspace provisioning, metadata, permissions, archiving and destruction
• →Log and manage defects with clear reproduction steps, severity and evidence
• →Report progress, risks, quality status and release-readiness recommendations

• Strong hands-on testing experience at Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead level
• Demonstrable iManage experience within a complex implementation
• Experience testing document management, workspace lifecycle and access controls
• Strong functional, integration, security and migration testing capability
• Full test lifecycle ownership, including planning, defects, reporting and closure
• Good Azure DevOps test management and defect-tracking experience
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to work independently

• Litera CAM implementation, migration or SaaS transition experience
• Exposure to Intapp, Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory, MDM or Litera Milan
