→Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
→Minimum sophomore standing at an accredited college or university.
→Availability for the Co-op duration Spring: January – June 2027

Coursework or project experience related to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality Engineering, Statistics, Process Improvement, Operations Management, or Data Analytics.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Visio, Copilot, or similar data analysis and process mapping tools.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, or Continuous Improvement principles.
Previous internship, co-op, research project, leadership position, or involvement in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or operations-related organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret data.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving solutions.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
