About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for an Administrative Support Agent II to join our team and share our vision of being a proactive, reliable and agile partner that helps the Claims department achieve its objectives.
Responsibilities
~3 min read- →Perform a variety of daily administrative tasks, such as shipping documents, equipment or correspondence; entering data; scanning or filing documents; requesting materials or supplies; setting up workstations; and more.
- →Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
- →Transcribe data from documents or databases using our standardized procedures.
- →Respond to a variety of inquiries.
- →Provide support for projects or new initiatives as requested.
- →An Administrative Technician diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- →A minimum of five years of experience in an office environment.
- →Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
- →Highly organized, with the ability to manage workflow effectively without constant supervision.
- →A team player with a positive attitude.
- →The ability and willingness to learn.
- →Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- →Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- →Bilingualism (English and French) - Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- →No Canadian work experience required; however, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
