• The training follows a hybrid model as well, requiring up to 4 days per week in the office, depending on needs.
• Daytime schedule: 35 hours/week.

• Full-time: 35 hours/week.
• The work schedule is determined monthly based on operational needs. Please note that shifts may include days, evenings, and Saturdays.

• →Play a key role in ensuring the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by providing expert advice and answering product questions.
• →Analyze client needs, promote products and services, and propose innovative solutions.
• →Guide auto and home insurance clients on coverage solutions.

• You have a Diploma of College Studies (DEC), a Bachelor’s degree, or a Master’s degree; OR
• You have an Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in Damage Insurance; OR
• You have a High School Diploma (DES) AND 3 years of full-time work experience in the Canadian labor market;
• If your diplomas were obtained outside of Canada, a comparative evaluation from the MIFI is mandatory.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask across several systems simultaneously.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required: Must be able to handle calls and provide services to English and French-speaking clients on a regular basis.
