Cloud and AI System Engineer

The Role and Impact We are seeking a motivated Cloud Systems and Solutions Engineer to design and develop innovative cloud and AI systems that integrate software, firmware, board, and silicon, SoC components. In this role, you will focus on delivering technical solutions that address customer requirements and system implementation challenges, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Your contributions will directly impact Intel's ability to provide cutting-edge cloud infrastructure solutions that meet dynamic industry demands. Business Group You will be part of Intel's Data Center Group, a group focused on enabling advanced cloud infrastructure by developing optimized and integrated systems across hardware and software. This team plays a critical role in delivering high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions that empower Intel's customers and strengthen Intel's leadership in cloud and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities - Enable and optimize Intel Cloud and AI server and rack platforms for customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications based on customer needs. - Debug and resolve system-level issues across hardware and software, and deliver end-to-end solutions, integrating hardware and software components seamlessly. - Support fleet quality improvement and performance optimization. - Develop automation and AI-driven engineering solutions. - Contribute to innovation projects involving Cloud, AI, and emerging technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in systems integration gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training. OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python. - Fundamental understanding of computer architecture, microarchitecture, and system integration concepts. - Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and debugging, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues. - Strong interest in Cloud and AI systems, computer architecture, microarchitecture, or Agentic AI. - Nice to have at-scale solution development, diagnose, debug, management skill or knowledge (CPU, GPU, IO) Discover the opportunity to make an impact on cutting-edge cloud infrastructure solutions while working alongside a team of passionate innovators.
