→US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
→Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, physics, or materials science, with 4+ years of experience in wafer fabrication processes.
→Experience with reticle lithography processes, including advanced data analysis, equipment troubleshooting, and model-based problem solving.
Experience collaborating with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve quality and performance issues.
→Experience with lithography theory and reticle inspection methodologies.

Requirements

Active US Government Security Clearance at Secret level or higher.
Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or a PhD with no prior professional experience.
Expertise in photolithography reticle equipment, EUV processes, and immersion lithography technologies.
Experience in manufacturing science, capacity metrics, and defect prevention strategies.
Advanced skills in data analysis tools such as JMP, SPC, MATLAB, and DOE methodologies.
Experience in cross-functional team leadership and mentoring.
