Own and manage module tool installation projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

Oversee equipment hookups, including gas, chemical, and electrical connections, to ensure process integrity and operational readiness.

Validate equipment performance to meet critical dimension and defectivity targets before transferring tools to manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal module engineering teams to implement equipment configuration changes and optimize process nodes.

Coordinate contractors, trades, and vendors to meet fabrication ramp schedules and operational milestones.

Maintain comprehensive installation documentation, as-built records, and environmental health and safety compliance.

Execute early troubleshooting, analyze data, and conduct controlled experiments to prevent process excursions and optimize tool performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives during fabrication ramp to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
