Product Strategy: Vision, Market Positioning, Competitive Analysis, Differentiation. Define and advance product strategy for AI-enabled solutions and R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with Intelehealth’s mission, organizational priorities, and digital health strategy. Roadmap Planning: Long-term Planning, OKRs, Prioritization, Resource Allocation. Incorporate AI R&D initiatives, experiments, and emerging technologies into the product roadmap, balancing exploratory work with near-term product priorities. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities within the non-profit sector. Analyze data to inform product decisions. Monitor developments in AI, digital health, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for research, experimentation, partnerships, and product innovation. Strong understanding of the digital health space, and proven experience working for the health tech. User Research: Engage with end-users, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, pain points, and expectations. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document product requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories and use cases, including requirements and use cases for AI-enabled products, prototypes, and R&D initiatives. Product Roadmap Development: Creating a roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of Intelehealth. Prioritizing features that deliver the highest value to users and comply with regulations. Evaluate and prioritize AI R&D opportunities based on user value, feasibility, impact, responsible AI considerations, and potential for scale. Product Development Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including programs, designers and developers, to help translate requirements into actionable development tasks. Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Partner with technical, clinical, and program teams to manage AI R&D initiatives from problem definition and experimentation through prototyping, validation, and potential productization. Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs), user guides, release notes, and feature specifications, as well as documentation for AI experiments, pilots, learnings, and product recommendations. Feedback Loop: Continuously gather feedback from users, internal and external stakeholders and use this information to iterate on product features and improvements, including AI-enabled features and prototypes. Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with internal and external teams, balancing diverse stakeholder needs and priorities. Collaborate closely with AI, engineering, clinical, program, and leadership stakeholders to align R&D activities with organizational and product priorities. Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Staying updated with the latest advancements in healthcare technology and best practices, particularly developments in artificial intelligence and their responsible application in healthcare. Innovation: Think innovatively to come up with cost-effective solutions in the resource-constrained environment. Champion rapid experimentation and evidence-based evaluation of emerging AI technologies while considering safety, equity, privacy, clinical appropriateness, and real-world usability. Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders, including the progress, findings, risks, and recommendations arising from AI R&D initiatives. Requirements Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Health, Hospital management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Prior Experience : Proven experience of at least 10 years as an Product Manager, preferably in the digital health sector. Skills: Product Management: Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Collaboration and partnership skills for interdisciplinary functions. Stakeholder and client management skills for effective client management. Product Vision and Strategy: Ability to define and communicate the product vision and strategy. Understanding market trends and customer needs. Developing and maintaining a product roadmap. Backlog Management:Creating, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog. Writing clear and concise user stories. Ensuring that the backlog aligns with the product vision. Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc. Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Communication: Effective communication skills for conveying ideas, presenting product updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Stakeholder Collaboration: Skill in collaborating with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, and end-users. User-Centric Mindset: Focus on user needs, with the ability to empathize and gather insights through user research. Project Management: Strong Project management skills to assist in planning, monitoring progress, and keeping timelines on track. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address issues or roadblocks during the product development process. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to handle new responsibilities in a dynamic non-profit environment.
