SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – 2027 (Miami, FL)

As a Summer Intern, you will:

• →Work on real business challenges across areas such as: Banking Products, Investments, Marketplace, Operations, Technology
• →Participate in a structured development journey, including onboarding, training, and mentorship checkpoints
• →Engage in executive talks and connect with leaders across the organization
• →Collaborate with peers in a dynamic, international environment
• →Develop and present a final business case project to leadership

• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Sophomore year or above)
• Be pursuing a degree in: Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields  
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
• Previous internship or project experience
• Interest in financial services, tech, or innovation
