Senior Underwriter

• →Excellent client service skills and ability to critically think while utilizing resources to provide solutions.
• →Exceptional ability to use risk-based underwriting judgment in the review of new business and renewal underwriting reviews.
• →Experience with visiting and training agents on company products, services, and systems.
• →Knowledge of underwriting policies, procedures and practices, and state statutes.
• →Demonstrated technical expertise and product specific knowledg Must have a strong understanding of the Florida insurance marketplace.
• →Demonstrated ability to complete complex underwriting assignments while meeting deadlines and ensuring a high work accuracy.
• →Ability to communicate- exceptional listening, speaking and writing skills.
