Responsibilities
~1 min read- →10+ years of senior-level experience in government affairs, public policy, insurance regulation, legislative affairs, or related fields.
- →Strong understanding of the Florida property insurance market and regulatory environment strongly preferred.
- →Existing relationships within state government, insurance regulatory bodies, legislative leadership, and industry associations preferred.
- →Exceptional communication, negotiation, diplomacy, and strategic thinking skills.
- →Proven ability to operate effectively in highly visible, fast-moving, and politically sensitive environments.
- →Executive presence with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
- →Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess complex public policy implications on business operations and enterprise strategy.
- →Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Schedule: 8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday. #LI-Onsite Working Conditions: Normal business office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator or telephone. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery or communicate with coworkers. Travel: Occasional travel required, including agency visits, conferences, and company meetings.
