We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Specialist to deliver exceptional support for our fleet operations across Europe. This role is critical in ensuring our fleet program remains efficient, cost-effective, and driver-focused, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

 

As a key member of our global fleet team, you will primarily support programs across European markets. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize costs, enhance driver experience, and uphold our commitment to employee safety. The role includes a range of administrative responsibilities that support the effective operation of the fleet program, including maintaining fleet records, coordinating vehicle orders and returns, processing driver requests, managing supplier documentation, and ensuring compliance with fleet policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities

  • →Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet Management partners and OEMs to secure vehicle availability, optimize incentives, and manage out-of-warranty repairs.
  • →Administrative Coordination & Fleet Records Management: Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation, coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, reallocations, and disposals, process driver requests and supplier communications, support reporting activities, and ensure fleet data and processes remain compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • →Program Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to deliver a safe, efficient, and cost-effective fleet program tailored to driver needs.
  • →Driver Support: Act as the primary contact for a designated group of drivers, making informed decisions on maintenance, safety, and vehicle lifecycle to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • →Fleet Lifecycle Management: Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles, including replacement analysis and annual ordering recommendations aligned with cost, sustainability, and driver requirements.
  • →Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • →Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce fleet management policies, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • →Training & Safety: Provide drivers with training and guidance on fleet policies, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, HR, senior leadership, and external suppliers to align fleet operations with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language Skills: Written and spoken fluency in one or more European languages, in addition to English, would be considered an advantage.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in fleet management, vehicle leasing, mobility services, or a related operational environment is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools.
