Responsibilities

→Manage end-to-end management accounting activities across multiple entities.
→Key business partner for non client facing departments to analyse costs and variances to budget.
→Preparation of monthly Board and lender (Private Equity sponsor) reports.
→Identifying efficiencies in process, new automated ways of working, utilising technology advances.
→Management of third party suppliers ensuring strong cash conservation and excellent working capital management.
→Production of ad hoc cost analysis.
→Support the Group Financial Controller on aspects of the year end process.
→Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance processes.
→Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts and coordinate filing requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
→Partner with FP&A, Tax, Payroll, and wider Finance teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting.

Requirements

ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent fully qualified accountant.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a managerial role.
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
Proven experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with accounting and ERP systems.

Experience in a multi-entity, international, or shared services environment in industry.
Previous experience with IFS ERP or similar enterprise accounting systems.
Experience working within professional services, consulting, or advisory businesses.
Exposure to finance transformation, process optimisation, and system implementation projects.
