Requirements

Drafting of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) reports including but not limited to:

Historical financial performance analysis including quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital “NWC”, Balance sheet reviews and off-balance sheet arrangements;
Forecasting future performance including critically assessing a target’s financial forecasts and identify potential risks & upsides based on historical trends & sales pipeline etc;
Participating in meetings /conference calls with clients or target company management and serve as a secondary point of contact with respect to day-to-day FDD execution matters;
Proactively build and maintain stakeholder & client relationships in addition to promoting Interpath Advisory.

Graduate degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field
2 – 4 years of transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent)
Previous experience in Audit is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset & team spirit required combined with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges & ideas in a collaborative environment
Well-developed analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
