Reporting to the Learning Services TrakCare Training Manager, the TrakCare Application Trainer role is to analyze TrakCare/IntelliCare training needs, design, develop and deliver training collateral for instructor-led classroom, virtual and asynchronous online courses.
Key Tasks:
- Plan prepare and research TrakCare/IntelliCare training requirements.
- Design, develop and maintain TrakCare/IntelliCare training materials for classroom delivery, eLearning modules and assessments.
- Deliver training courses, in classroom and virtually as needed. Majority of the training courses are eLearning.
- Perform training course evaluations and participant assessments.
- Continually evaluate and update training courses to help improve delivery and content.

Essential Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Healthcare background
- Previous experience with HealthCare IT systems
- Certified trainer and assessor or working towards
- Excellent written creative and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Have a patient and friendly approach to teaching
Desirable Skills:
- Previous TrakCare experience
- Video production and editing skills

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
