Responsibilities

→University degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
→Proven experience in Contract Engineering / Contract Management, preferably within industrial, offshore, naval, Oil & Gas, EPC or similar projects.
→Experience managing construction contracts and contractual matters in a yard, construction site or industrial project environment.
→Strong knowledge of contract administration, change management, claims management and contractual risk assessment.
→Experience evaluating the cost and schedule impact of variations, claims and scope changes.
→Good understanding of project controls, progress measurement and cost management.
→Experience working with contractual documentation, correspondence and claims records.
→Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including Construction, Engineering, Planning, QA/QC and Project Controls.
→Strong analytical, organisational and negotiation skills.
→Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
→Professional level of English.
→Ability to work in a demanding, multidisciplinary and international project environment.
