This role is intentionally designed as a development role.

Working alongside senior INTERWEAVE consultants, strategists and directors, you will learn how to:

  • →Manage complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • →Structure ambiguous business problems.
  • →Conduct research and benchmarking.
  • →Work with senior client stakeholders.
  • →Design and facilitate workshops.
  • →Develop strategic presentations.
  • →Coordinate consulting workstreams.
  • →Understand project economics and scopes of work.
  • →Translate strategy into implementation.
  • →Manage increasingly complex engagements independently.

The ambition is for successful Engagement & Project Executives to progressively become Project Managers, Engagement Managers and Consultants within the BLUE team.

Support Engagement Managers, Consultants and Directors in creating a highly professional client experience.

You will:

  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, interviews and working sessions.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project communication with client teams.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas and follow-ups.
  • Capture decisions, requirements, feedback and open questions.
  • Ensure client input reaches the right members of the project team.
  • Follow up on information, documentation and approvals required for the project.
  • Help maintain strong, structured and transparent communication throughout each engagement.

Over time, you will progressively take ownership of specific client interactions and project workstreams.

You will work closely with our consultants and strategists to support the development of high-quality consulting deliverables.

Depending on the project, this may include:

  • Desk research and information gathering.
  • Competitive and market research.
  • Benchmarking and best-practice reviews.

  • Developing charts, frameworks and project documentation.
  • Supporting the preparation of strategic presentations.
  • Proofreading and quality checking deliverables.
  • Converting discussions, research and analysis into structured outputs.

You will gradually learn how INTERWEAVE moves from information → insight → strategy → implementation.

Many or our projects involve multiple stakeholders, interviews, workshops and collaborative sessions.

You will help:

  • Design and coordinate interview and workshop schedules.
  • Manage participant lists and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare workshop materials and supporting documentation.
  • Capture outputs, findings, decisions and actions.
  • Organise research inputs and source material.
  • Coordinate questionnaires, data requests and client documentation.
  • Consolidate outputs into structured working documents for the consulting team.

Consulting requires clarity.

You should become excellent at:

  • Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Project documentation.
  • Meeting summaries.
  • Research repositories.
  • Timelines and project trackers.
  • Workshop documentation.
  • Executive summaries.
  • Structured client communications.

You will help ensure that everything leaving the BLUE team is clear, accurate, structured and presentation-ready.

BLUE projects frequently bring together different INTERWEAVE capabilities.

You may find yourself coordinating a strategist, researcher, designer, architect, developer, data specialist and external expert within the same engagement.

You will:

  • Connect the people involved in each project.
  • Ensure everyone understands the brief, deadlines and dependencies.
  • Organise internal working sessions and reviews.
  • Keep documentation and project information organised.
  • Support effective collaboration across INTERWEAVE's Consulting, Creative and Technology teams.

INTERWEAVE is an Ideas & Innovation company operating across Consulting, Creative and Technology.

We partner with organisations navigating change - helping them understand complex challenges, define strategies, design better products, experiences and brands, and turn ideas into implementation.

Our BLUE unit brings together strategy, research, insights, transformation and innovation, working alongside INTERWEAVE's creative and technology capabilities to solve problems end-to-end.

Our projects span industries including hospitality and tourism, culture, real estate, placemaking, consumer brands, technology, public institutions and organisations undergoing transformation.

We believe the best solutions rarely sit inside a single discipline.

That is why we build teams around problems rather than departments around services.

For someone beginning their career, this means exposure to an unusually broad range of business challenges, industries, disciplines and senior decision-makers.
