• →Work directly with the Director on key operational and strategic initiatives.
• →Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements.
• →Drive projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and business productivity.
• →Analyze operational data, generate insights, and present recommendations.
• →Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• →Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
• →Assist in designing and implementing process optimization frameworks.
• →Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• →Support ad-hoc business and operational requirements as needed.
• →Duration : 3-6 months

• Pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech degree.
• Open to all specializations except Computer Science/Information Science.
• Candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineering colleges preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Prior internship/project experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or project management will be an added advantage.

• Curiosity to understand business operations end-to-end.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
