Software/Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Graduate Development Program

This is a blended role: 80% of your time is dedicated to core software engineering work, while 20% is focused on AI projects. The program is designed to grow well-rounded, full-stack developers.

  Contributing to the development of innovative software solutions with real market impact

  Designing, developing, and testing code across different technology stacks

  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship high-impact products

  Solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions

  Iterating on your work based on feedback, performance data, and evolving requirements 

• Master's degree in a STEM discipline — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record 

• Programming experience in one or more of: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript 

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+) 

• Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
