This role bridges real-time production execution with near-term planning. The person in this role ensures work orders, transactions, and inventory data on the shop floor are accurate and timely, while also supporting production scheduling, capacity planning, and material availability for upcoming build cycles. It's a strong fit for someone who wants exposure to both the tactical (day-to-day floor execution) and strategic (planning/scheduling) sides of operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production control, or supply chain operations.
- →Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) — hands-on transaction experience preferred
- →Comfort with Excel (pivot tables, lookups); exposure to Power BI/Tableau a plus
- →Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- →Ability to work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and quality teams
- →Comfortable working in a high paced environment; warehouse and office setting
Requirements
~3 min read- Experience supporting regulated or high-value products
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM) a plus, not required
The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.
This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with company policies. The listed pay range below reflects the base hourly rate.
If this role has a commission structure, the compensation range below just reflects the base compensation range.
Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
