~1 min read- Lead and support strategic Operations and Supply Chain projects across regions and business units
- Support performance improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable project roadmaps
- Support initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cost reduction, service enhancement, and operational efficiency
- Ensure project alignment with IRCA Group strategic objectives and growth priorities
- Develop and manage business cases, project charters, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans
- Support the deployment of Operational Excellence methodologies across manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Monitor project benefits realization and ensure sustainable performance improvements
- Support projects aimed at improving end-to-end supply chain performance
- Contribute to network optimization studies and supply chain footprint assessments
- Support improvements in customer service performance and order fulfillment processes
- Support integration of newly acquired businesses into IRCA Group Operations and Supply Chain standards
- Support workstreams related to process alignment, supply chain integration, and operational harmonization
- Act as a catalyst for change across global operations
- Build strong relationships with plant leaders, regional management teams, and corporate functions
- Support communication, training, and adoption activities associated with transformation initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within multinational organizations
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional projects
- Experience in transformation programs, operational excellence initiatives, or supply chain optimization projects
- Experience working within international and matrix organizations

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (M3 considered as a plus)
- Experience with project management and process improvement tools
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- English proficiency is mandatory
- Additional languages are considered a plus
- Strong project leadership and execution skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams without direct authority

Requirements

As the Global Operations & Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating IRCA Group's operational transformation and global growth ambitions. You will lead high-impact projects that improve manufacturing performance, supply chain effectiveness, operational excellence, and organizational capabilities across a rapidly growing international business.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership, influence strategic decision-making, and help build a world-class Operations and Supply Chain organization capable of supporting IRCA Group's next phase of growth and value creation.
Contract: CCNL Alimentare Industria
Level: Impiegatizio alto livello
Meal vouchers: €8 for each day spent in the office
Remuneration: RAL 80.000 € - 100.000 €
