Royal Caribbean - Assistant Casino Host

• →Assists with publicity and advertising for the Casino.
• →Required to provide a positive first impression to every Sailor and where possible aims to recognize them by name.
• →Assists clients by providing knowledge and guidance on Casino services, products and activities.
• →Be familiar with all cruise services/features and activations to respond to client inquiries accurately.
• →Extend courteous salutations when guests leave outlet and invite them to return.
• →Assists in the carrying out of general housekeeping of cashier area such as vacuuming,dusting and polishing.
• →Regularly communicates with clients in the Casino to try to lead them to increase their use of the Casino Operation.
• →Assists Casino Manager with the day-to-day running of the Casino Operation.
• →Refers any disputes or disagreements

REQUIREMENTS:

• →Minimum 21 years old.
• →Minimum 2 years' experience as a Casino Host preferably in a Casino onboard a Cruise ship.
• →Passionate about people and able to handle guest complaints with a smile
  
• →Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• →Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard crew members to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
