Reporting into the Global Head of Payroll, Benefits & People Systems, we are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Data & Systems Officer to support a major transformation programme across our People and Payroll technology landscape.
This role will be responsible for preparing ITRS for a successful HRIS and payroll system implementation by owning data quality, reporting, systems integration, process mapping and migration readiness. The successful candidate will work closely with People, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors to ensure that employee data is accurate, trusted and fit for purpose ahead of system implementation. They will also provide support for ongoing payroll processes.

As a Data & Systems Officer you will:
- Lead the review, cleansing and validation of employee data
- Prepare and validate migration files for HRIS and payroll projects.
- Coordinate system configuration, testing and user acceptance activities.
- Support ongoing system enhancements, configuration changes and optimisation activities.
- Build and maintain People dashboards, reports and data visualisations.
- Develop trusted reporting for People, Finance, Leadership and Board stakeholders.
- Support the creation of self-service reporting capability and reduce manual reporting effort.
- Provide back up support for payroll and benefits processes

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with AI tooling such as copilot or chat GPT and other AI embedded tools
Desirable
- Experience implementing HRIS or payroll systems.
- Knowledge of HR data governance and GDPR requirements.
