CNA/QMA Testing Office Registry Support - PT

• →Map candidate scores to candidate applications
• →Enter results into CNA QMA database
• →Verify and submit successful candidates to the State
• →Track incoming and outgoing result data
• →Work with State contact for Registry submission
• →Follow up on Registry inquires

The above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list.  Other duties logically associated with the position will be assigned.  All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

• High school diploma/GED.
• Must have strong database skills including data entry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Use of Microsoft Teams, Google documents and Zoom is required.
