DFM Expert

Serve as the technical expert for designated manufacturing processes, providing professional guidance and support.

Lead DFM evaluations, NPI implementation, and process optimization to ensure strong alignment between design and manufacturing.

Assist engineering teams in resolving technical challenges and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Organize and deliver training for new employees and system upgrades.

Monitor and manage process changes to ensure continuous improvement.

Participate in customer audits and on-site technical presentations, providing expert support.

Extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, with proficiency in at least two process modules.

Familiarity with DFM/A, FMEA, IPC standards, and experience with PCB layout and Valor DFM tools.

Basic knowledge of statistics; experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) is a plus.

Strong innovation mindset with the ability to propose and implement process improvement solutions; capable of writing clear technical reports.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently; strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

DFM制造工程专家，负责多个工艺领域的技术支持与优化。该职位将主导新产品导入（NPI）、面向制造设计（DFM）评估，并在客户支持、技术问题解决及持续改进方面发挥关键作用。您将作为工艺领域的专家，确保生产流程稳定、高效，并推动良率提升。

主要职责：
1. 担任指定制造工艺的技术专家，提供专业指导与支持。
2. 主导DFM评估、NPI导入及工艺优化，确保设计与制造的高度契合。
3. 协助工程团队解决技术难题，推动跨部门协作。
4. 组织并实施新员工培训及系统升级相关培训。
5. 跟踪并管理工艺变更，确保流程持续优化。
6. 参与客户审核与现场技术展示，提供专业支持。
    
任职要求：
1. 在制造工艺领域具备丰富的实操经验，至少精通两个以上工艺模块。
2. 熟悉DFM/A、FMEA、IPC标准，具备PCB布局及Valor DFM工具使用经验。
3. 具备基本统计知识，了解DOE实验设计者优先。
4. 具备创新意识，善于提出并实施工艺改进方案, 能撰写清晰的技术报告。
5. 抗压能力强且能独立解决问题，跨部门沟通与协调能力强。
6. 英文听说读写流利。
