We are looking for an HR Integration & Business Transformation Lead to help lead the people and HR integration of acquired and affiliated businesses into Jabil while also supporting cross-business alignment across Velocity Electronics, and other designated organizations.

- HR Integration: Lead and support the integration of acquired and affiliated businesses into Jabil’s HR operating model, including systems, policies, governance, talent practices, compensation, benefits, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational processes.
- Business Transformation: Help transition businesses from legacy or temporary structures into sustainable operating models while maintaining business continuity and protecting critical capabilities.
- M&A Due Diligence: Lead or support HR due diligence and post-close assessments, reviewing organizational structures, headcount, employment terms, compensation and benefits, key talent, retention arrangements, policies, HR systems, employee relations, compliance, and other workforce considerations.
- Risk Assessment & Integration Planning: Translate diligence findings into clear recommendations, risk registers, integration priorities, decision points, and actionable implementation plans.
- Cross-Business Integration: Identify opportunities to align HR practices, organizational structures, policies, processes, and infrastructure across Velocity, Rebound, Retronix, and related businesses where common approaches create strategic value.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with leaders on organization design, spans and layers, reporting relationships, role clarity, decision rights, workforce planning, succession, talent assessment, leadership transitions, and retention.
- Program & Project Management: Build and manage integrated HR workplans covering milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, decisions, timing, and success measures across multiple workstreams and businesses.
- Executive Reporting & Governance: Establish appropriate integration governance and provide concise executive updates highlighting progress, risks, interdependencies, upcoming decisions, and areas requiring leadership intervention.
- Change Management & Communications: Develop and execute people-focused change plans that support organizational transition, leadership alignment, employee understanding, engagement, and retention.
- Steady-State Transition: Ensure the effective transfer of ongoing HR responsibilities, processes, and ownership to the appropriate steady-state HR organization following integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree and/or HR certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful HR Business Partner experience in complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
- Demonstrated experience with M&A, HR due diligence, post-acquisition integration, carve-outs, restructuring, business transformation, or significant enterprise change.
- Strong working knowledge across core HR disciplines, including organization design, compensation and benefits, talent management, succession, workforce planning, HRIS, employee relations, and compliance.
- Demonstrated project or program management experience, including workplan development, milestone tracking, risk management, governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience operating across multiple countries or navigating diverse employment, cultural, and regulatory environments is strongly preferred.
- Experience in technology, electronics, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or another complex global industry is preferred.
- Experience integrating entrepreneurial, founder-led, privately held, or stand-alone businesses into a larger enterprise is preferred.
- Experience with Workday and project management CRM's or software is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, executive communication, stakeholder management, change leadership, and organizational judgment.
- 20-25% travel required
