1.Proficient in Chinese, Vietnamese and English;

        2.Strong communication and coordination skills, able to manage relations between

          departments, employees and suppliers, handle employee issues,  supervise suppliers

          to ensure compliance with operational requirements.

        3.Proficient in office software, capable of creating various HR reports, such as recruitment     

          analysis, turnover analysis, etc.

        4. Highly familiar with the DL recruitment process; candidates with HR experience will be prior.

        5. Detail- oriented and rigorous, able to work overtimes and independently complete assigned

          tasks.

        6.Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law is highly preferred.
