What You’ll Do

Welcome clients and create a great first impression
Start the client intake process
Scan and organize tax documents
Perform basic data entry accurately
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phones and follow up with past and potential clients
Keep clients informed and engaged during wait times
Assist with local marketing efforts
Support Tax Pros with day-to-day office needs and deliver an exceptional client experience
