We are now seeking a Senior Executive – OSD Production to drive excellence in oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations.

The Senior Executive – OSD Production will lead and supervise OSD manufacturing operations, ensuring strict compliance with cGMP standards, safety protocols, and company policies. This role oversees production planning, workforce management, and machine utilization to achieve business targets while maintaining product quality and timely delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (mandatory).

• 3–8 years of experience in OSD manufacturing processes.

• Strong expertise in OSD processing and packaging.

• In-depth knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and validation.

• Effective supervision and communication skills.

• Ability to train operators and provide clear direction.

• Good knowledge of SAP systems.

• Flexible, resilient, and capable of handling pressure.
