Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with tools and being part of a fast-paced team? Join us as an Assembler and help build high-quality air conditioning units that keep homes and businesses comfortable year-round.

Assembles air conditioning units and components using hand and power tools, following blueprints and work instructions to meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

  • →Assemble components and finished products using hand and power tools
  • →Follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
  • →Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • →Identify and report defects or production issues
  • →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S)
  • →Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
  • →Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • →Use basic computer systems to track production and inventory
  • →Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
  • →Support overtime and production demands as needed
  • Follow standardized work instructions and assembly processes
  • Use tools and basic problem-solving skills to complete tasks efficiently
  • Work closely with team members and leadership to meet production goals
  • Maintain focus on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support overtime or production needs

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Military experience or technical training in the armed forces is preferred

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

The employee is regularly exposed to a manufacturing environment, including noise, dust, and moving equipment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving hands and arms
  • Ability to work in a noisy and industrial setting
