✓Administer and support Oracle Siebel CRM environments across development, testing, and production environments.
✓Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Oracle Siebel applications on both Windows and Linux platforms.
✓Lead and support Siebel upgrades to current releases, preferably Siebel 25.x and newer versions.
✓Configure and maintain Siebel Gateway clustering, multi-mode Application Interface (AI) load balancing, and related infrastructure components.
✓Monitor system performance and execute performance tuning activities across Siebel Servers, Application Object Managers (AOMs), Application Interface (AI), Gateway Servers, Tomcat servers, and supporting infrastructure.
✓Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues, including EAI component crashes through analysis of FDR reports, component logs, and system logs.
✓Perform system administration activities including application configuration, component management, parameter configuration, and environment maintenance.
✓Support and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP, and Active Directory integrations.
✓Develop and maintain automation solutions for routine administrative activities using Windows batch jobs, Linux cron jobs, and scripting tools.
✓Install, configure, upgrade, and support BI Publisher integrations with Oracle Siebel environments.
✓Design, support, and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) setup, testing, and validation activities.
✓Manage and support Siebel deployments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other cloud platforms.
✓Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and database teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
✓Monitor environment health, proactively identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
✓Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles.
✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
✓5+ years of experience administering and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM in enterprise environments.
✓Hands-on experience installing and supporting Oracle Siebel on Windows and Linux platforms.
✓Experience performing Siebel upgrades, migrations, and patching activities, preferably on recent Siebel versions.
✓Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Application Interface (AI), AOMs, and Tomcat environments.
✓Experience configuring and supporting Siebel Gateway clustering and load-balanced environments.
✓Strong experience with Siebel performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning.
✓Experience troubleshooting EAI component failures and analyzing system logs and diagnostic reports.
✓Experience supporting SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory integrations.
✓Experience automating administrative processes through scripting, Windows batch jobs, and Linux cron jobs.
✓Experience designing, supporting, and testing disaster recovery solutions.
✓Basic Oracle Database administration knowledge, including connectivity, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
✓Experience managing Oracle Siebel environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
✓Experience with BI Publisher installation, administration, and integration.
✓Experience supporting highly available and clustered enterprise environments.
✓Oracle Siebel certifications or related Oracle technology certifications.
✓Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
