Team Lead Warehouse Operations (Outbound)

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team within the outbound warehouse operation.
- →Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
- →Act as the first point of contact for team members' questions, challenges, and operational issues.
- →Support employee engagement, development, and performance through coaching and feedback.
- Ensure outbound orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Monitor workflows, priorities, and operational performance throughout the shift.
- Allocate resources effectively, including workforce planning and equipment utilization.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Promote a strong safety culture and proactively address potential risks.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Lead and support small-scale improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Ensure employees have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to succeed.
- Provide performance insights and operational feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Support ongoing team development and succession planning efforts.
