We are seeking a highly analytical and creative-minded Creative Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role is designed to bridge the gap between media performance and creative production. You will be responsible for dissecting creative performance data to understand why certain ads perform better than others, translating those insights into actionable strategies for our creative and media teams. You will work closely with our Creative/Pencil Lead and Media Buyers to optimize our creative output based on rigorous data analysis.

• Analyze the performance of creative assets across various platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to identify winning patterns and elements.

• Evaluate creative components such as hooks, visuals, copy, and CTAs to determine their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

• Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that focus specifically on creative efficacy.

• Act as the primary liaison between the Media/Data teams and the Creative/Production teams.

• Translate media performance data into creative "lessons learned" and actionable creative briefs for future production.

• Collaborate with the Creative/Pencil Lead to integrate AI-driven insights into the creative workflow.

• Develop and manage a robust creative testing roadmap, including A/B testing and multivariate testing protocols.

• Provide data-backed recommendations for creative iterations and optimizations.

• Oversee the metadata tagging process for creative assets to ensure granular data collection and analysis.

• Participate in regular cross-departmental syncs to align creative production with media buying strategies.

• Educate the creative team on performance metrics and how their work impacts the bottom line.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure our creative strategies remain cutting-edge.
