Overview
We’re seeking experienced Foremen with strong welding and ironwork backgrounds to lead crews on a structural retrofit project in Little Rock, AR. The work focuses on reinforcing an existing building rather than new steel erection, and it takes place entirely indoors.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead a crew on structural reinforcement work
  • Plan daily work and keep the job on schedule
  • Keep the site safe and the crew productive
  • Work hands-on as needed



What We Need

  • 6+ years of ironworker experience
  • Foreman or lead experience
  • Strong welding background; retrofit or reinforcement experience preferred
  • Knowledge of D1.1 and/or D1.8 welding
  • Able to read structural drawings
  • Able to work 60 hours/week
  • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred



What You Get

  • $35–$39/hr DOE
  • $120/day per diem (work 6, paid 7)
  • Mileage paid
  • Paid holidays after 90 days
  • Overtime and about a year of steady work
