Data Entry Operator

JiBe is a cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining processes, creating pre-defined workflows, and reducing the usage of email and paper.

• →Initial screening of manuals for spare and PMS related data.
• →Reading makers manuals and Extraction of Spares data and PMS Data in JiBe Template or in an internal software built for spare extraction. (Data entry from PDF to EXCEL)/Data entry in User Interface.
• →Entering Spares Data and PMS Data, efficiently, timely and accurate manner.
• →Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail/Shared drives; verifying and logging receipt of data; obtaining missing data.
• →Determines the cause of error message while entering data and makes appropriate corrections
• →Perform Quality checks for extracted data with available manuals. (QC from EXCEL to PDF)
• →Prepare report and feedback sheets for data quality check corrections.
• →Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• →Help in preparing files and video tutorials and other Data Entry related work.
• →Ad-hoc duties as given by Development Manager

• Any graduate with 2 years working experience (Marine or shipping domain knowledge will have added advantage.)
• Must have good typing speed around 40 words per minute.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of data entry tools and office systems software (e.g., Excel, Access, Word)
• Must have excel working experience.
• Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
