We are looking for a Manager-Financial Reporting and Consolidation to manage preparation of financials, managing statutory audits, tax audits and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS)

Knowledge of preparation of financial statements (BS, PL, Cash Flow statement, notes to accounts etc.)

Liaison with Statutory Auditors for Quarterly Limited Review and Year end Audit

Knowledge of Income tax Act for handling tax audits of the entities

Stakeholder Management

Knowledge of Companies Act and Industry Standards

Having worked in a listed company who is aware of Listing regulations and related deliverables (preferable)

CA (5+years) with knowledge of accounting standards

Knowledge of Companies Act

Knowledge of other related compliances, SAP System.

Ability to meet deliverables in a time-bound manner

Managing the queries of the auditors.
