Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee relations or engagement.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience managing HRIS and payroll systems.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluency in English both written and speaking
