As a Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Handle end-to-end talent acquisition for regional level, Management Trainee or Fast Track Program and other hiring projects
- Handle end-to-end internal hiring process
- Sourcing Strategy and Manage Sourcing Channels
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department and coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria for each of the positions
- Design job specifications, case studies, assignments, interview questions, and hiring scores that reflect each position’s requirements
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Generates company’s talent acquisitions weekly report and monthly initiatives
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in all majors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Indonesia
- Proven of working experience as a Talent Acquisition or a similar role at least 1 year of working experience in Agri-input or FMCG company
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Organized analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Impactful presentation style
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, “can do” attitude
