• Experience operating in ambiguous environments where requirements evolve and rapid experimentation is required to validate business value.
• Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, software architecture, Agile, DevOps, cybersecurity, or application engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technology topics, influence without authority, and build trust with stakeholders.
