You will serve as the primary leader and point of reference for a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and excellence thrive. Your leadership style should emphasize teamwork, mentorship, and developing talent while maintaining high performance standards. With at least 5 years of experience leading and coordinating teams, you will be responsible for building capability, managing performance, and creating a culture aligned with JLL's values.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within commercial real estate, capital markets, or related fields
• Proven track record in people management, team development, and performance leadership
• Strong network and established relationships within Spain's institutional investment community
• Deep knowledge of office capital markets, investment strategies, and transaction execution
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English required
• Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline; advanced degree or professional qualifications preferred
