Facility Engineer

• →Monitor facility systems including electrical, mechanical, and fire safety
• →Conduct routine inspections and equipment rounds
• →Perform preventive maintenance tasks per schedule
• →Respond to alarms and troubleshoot system issues
• →Execute work orders and document maintenance activities
• →Support emergency response procedures
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of technical areas
• →Assist with equipment commissioning and testing
• →Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity)
• →Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance
• →Participate in shift rotation (day/night/weekend)
• →Record meter readings and system parameters
• →Report anomalies and equipment failures promptly

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years in facility maintenance or building operations
• Experience in shift-based operations preferred
• Technical training in electrical or mechanical systems

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment
• Computer literacy for logging and documentation
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Physical fitness for equipment rounds and manual tasks
• Good observation and attention to detail
• Team player with positive attitude

• Electrical/Mechanical trade certification
• Basic safety training

• Fluent in Thai; basic English helpful
